Xen Ioannou - Chief Executive Officer

AGI is the culmination of CEO, Xen Ioannou's, vision, entrepreneurial flair and diverse business interests.

Xen's success in the world of business began at the age of 17 when he was appointed Manager of the family's clothing manufacturing company, which employed 130 staff members.

In 1983 Xen left the business to start up his own clothing design and manufacturing company. Manufacturing in Vietnam with the support of the Vietnamese Government, the successful women's fashion label was sold through a number of top London retailers and other international retailers. During this period Xen began to purchase residential and commercial property in London which he began to develop.

In 1987/88 Xen opened a number of restaurants and coffee shops in London which proved to be extremely successful. He extended his property portfolio to Cyprus and in 2000 made the decision to expand his growing empire and diversify into construction.

Xen set up a group of complimentary construction businesses. Today the Group's property transactions exceed £50-million in the United Kingdom alone.

More recently Xen has expanded his portfolio to include property in Ukraine and Ghana . With the support of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Ashanti King, Xen has secured a number of significant projects in the Ashanti region of Ghana which include residential schemes and low-end affordable housing projects
